The Tree Care Issues Conference will be team-taught by tree care industry professionals and academics. Rather than a tightly-focused theme, a wide range of topics relevant to tree care will be presented.

Continuing education units (CEUs) are being requested from both the International Society of Arboriculture and the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry with the exact number of CEUs to be announced.

This conference is designed for arborists, nursery professionals, urban foresters, landscape managers, landscape architects, master gardeners and advanced hobbyists.

Need Directions and Parking Information at The Wes Watkins Center?

Conference parking is available in Lots 9A, 10A or 99C.

Directions: From Tulsa via State Highway 51

• Travel through Stillwater to Duck Street.
• Turn right (north) onto Duck Street
• Go north to McElroy (4th traffi c light).
• Turn left (west) onto McElroy.
• At the next light (Washington), turn left (south).
• The Watkins Center is located on the left, approximately three blocks south of McElroy.
• Turn left into the parking lot just before the Wes Watkins Center.

 Directions: From Tulsa via Cimarron Turnpike
  • Take Hwy 64 to the Cimarron Turnpike
• Take the OSU “Y” turnoff (~ 20 miles with unmanned toll: $.50)
• Continue on turnpike. It will curve left into Stillwater and become Washington Street.
• Drive thru four traffi c lights (Richmond Road, The Links Apartments, & Airport and Lakeview Rds)
• Just before the next traffi c light, go right the "Y" to stay on Washington. (do not go through the light).
• Pass through 2 more traffi c lights (Will Rogers Elementary School and McElroy Street).
• Center is located on the left 2-3 blocks after 2nd light /McElroy.
• Turn left into the parking lot just before the Watkins Center (before the next light)
 
Directons: From Oklahoma City via I-35 North
• Take Stillwater Exit, turn right on Highway 51 (~ 17 miles west of Stillwater).
• As you enter the edge of Stillwater, turn left (north) at 4th traffi c light, onto Western.
• As you round the curve, street becomes Hall of Fame.
• Turn left at 4th traffi c light (Washington). The Wes Watkins Center is on the corner.
• Turn left onto Washington & right into the parking lot behind the building.
